This is a drawing of a Needle Kiss from the description in the FF7 fanfic Just a Little Rough Around the Edges by CSKazaam on fanfiction.net. I promised fanart ages ago and finally figured out how to upload it. By the way, go read the story it was inspired by- it's amazing. It's a Angeal and Zack-centric freindship/training fic that involves dragons.

The Needle Kiss here looks perfect! I love how it's just hovering there, waiting to plunge onto some poor creature. I particularly love the head - the eye and the beak are wonderful, and I love the shape of the head and how it merges flawlessly with the spear point. It really looks like it could put a lot of momentum behind that, with those massive wings! I would not want to face one.
